Local Setup helps businesses get found online by setting up, optimizing, and managing local and national business listings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Bing Places, and third-party data aggregators. We also provide monthly performance reporting and ongoing customer support.
2. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business, including contact details and access to relevant business listing accounts where required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials shared with us and for all activity that occurs in connection with your account.
3. Fees and Payment
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, billed either monthly ($49/month) or annually ($299/year), plus a one-time setup fee of $300 for new accounts. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; any changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through our website’s support form. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of service and guidelines of any third-party platforms involved (including Google, Bing, and listing aggregators). We use only white-hat, platform-approved practices. You agree not to request or direct us to use manipulative, fraudulent, or policy-violating tactics, including but not limited to fake reviews, keyword stuffing in business names, or misrepresentation of business information.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to improve your business’s visibility in local and national search results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or outcomes, as these are influenced by factors outside our control, including changes made by search engines and directory platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on localsetupco.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Local Setup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Setup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
